At least we're now at a place that is flat, warm and relatively compact, so that frantic running from place to place to "hear it all" is a bit easier!

Once upon a time, FSGW was able to fill a camp with folkies from our local area, with the addition of a few regular friends from up & down the east coast of the US. Now, as time passes and folks move or pass on, and with publicity from Mudcat, we have been able to fill spaces and add new & versatile voices from all over the world! It has been a revelation and a delight to share this great weekend with folks we'd never have met otherwise.

   We hope to continue all this for many years, limited only by such trivial things as oil prices and the capacity of the camp...*grin*.

As the year progresses, more threads will appear discussing the Getaway and how to plan for it.
