Yup, I had the speakers (stereo type with a component amp) plugged into the proper outs on the unit. Even if the speakers didn't work due to some poor connection or patch cord issue, the headphones should have. Actually, the speakers and cords do work just fine via my other sound card. Nope, I have not tried to contact the makers yet. That other sound card may be the issue. I'll try once again to reinstall the software as directed and see if that'll fix this bug.
