It's a nice day here in Barton - sun is shining - old ladies are gathering on street corners wearing purple hats & carrying orange handbags

1. At the club on Wednesday 24th we have our monthly session - a slight Scottish flavour this month perhaps...but as usual anything goes. Only £2 to enjoy an relaxed, informal and fun evening, all welcome to play, sing, tell a story/poem or listen. 8.30 start

2. On Thursday 25th, Tam Lin will be playing at The Lord Roberts, Market Square Sandy from 7.30pm. Haggis will be served!    Free entry.

3. The Buck's Head, Stevenage Rd Little Wymondly has a double guest evening. Malcolm Hobbs, him with the bouzouki, great voice and wicked wit will entertain from 8.30 - 9.45. Then Bob & Dave (guitar, mandolin and vocals) of Bluegrass band Buffalo will take over with wonderful American flavoured songs.
