My lapton won't work with hotel's "fast wireless Internet" and the support company accused me of changing the machine address! I wouldn't know how to do that if I wanted to!

I've gotten onto MC a couple times, very briefly, but can't post and the thing times out before it does anything. This is the first time I've had Internet access since Friday -- I blew away 249 spam!
