We have had several people reply by PM, GS,including one from USA and one from France. I think people often look at this type of post, think...oh, I'll perhaps send to that, and then it gets forgotten in today's frantic rush.
It helps if people post on the thread too, to say they are going to PM me, as it keeps this thread active.
