Dan, I have to stress this again after reading your post. People are focusing on sending e-mails and letters to the station. That is not enough. Whether it is a piece of paper or an electronic note, the station is expecting these and it will not make a difference.

The difference will come when something is sent to the trustees and underwriters. I can't stress that enough. Management knows their decision was unpopular and they are prepared for that. If you send a note to the program director, do you really think they are going to stop and say - hey, I made a mistake and I am going to bring the show back? NO!   If you reach their superiors and the people who are pumping money into the station, THEY will be the ones asking questions of the people that are working for them.
