Well - took the plunge and made an offer on a house

So now here I am sat at work, waiting for them to have rung all the interested parties to see if anyone else wants to offer before they ring me back with yeah or nay or even 'do you want to up the offer'

Big gamble because of all the interest in the house - I've seen it once, daughter has only seen the blurb and pictures on the net and parents have been struggling with the web site so haven't seen it at all.

Mightly big decision to take on your own.
