huge decision, I hope it works out for you, Julie.
when I viewed & put a holding deposit on my place 25 years ago I was so shaken/confused/whatever that I didn't even know if it had carpet, & a gas or electric stove when my friends asked me the next day.
On my second visit I found out that it was carpeted, it had an electric stove, and no phone connection! But I'm still here.
