Rule of thumb from a few 'organizers' from the 1960s.

1) Less than 5% of of the student body of even the more radical campuses would show up for demonstrations. There were often an equal number of students on the 'other' side.

2) While protest certainly firmed up the resolve of the anti-war people, its ability to change national policy was somewhat limited. The truth about deaths and the bodies going back to small-town America did much more.

3) You want the war done with, change your political leadership. So, exactly what ARE the House and Senate doing to end the war?
