On Bob Flesher's "Civil War Banjo" CD there is an instrumental that includes a tune he calls "Get up in the Morning." It is very close to the tune Mike Seegar uses for "Blue Tail Fly" on his "Southern Banjo Sounds" CD - which is pretty much the same as Burl Ives et. al. My question is are there any other lyrics - traditional or from the minstrel era (1830-1870) - for this fine tune that perhaps include the title?
