no ideas on the sheet music, but "Hob. VIIa: 4" is a reference to the number of the piece in the catalogue of Haydn's works done by Anthony van Hoboken (1887-1983): "J. Haydn,
Thematisch-bibliographisches Werkverzeichnis." The roman numeral is the type of composition, the other number is the number assigned to the particular piece. In the more-than-you-probably-wanted-to-know department, following is a list of the musical types and corresponding Hoboken numbers.
