Sizes have changes dramatically over the last thirty years. With some real exercise a couple of years ago I dropped some of the extra pounds on my 5'2" frame and suddenly found myself fitting in a size 4. When I reached to the back of the closet and pulled out some BC clothing (before children) I discovered that my old size 6 were about 3 sizes too small!!! (They are probably the same as a 0 now)
If my weight ever went down to where the doctor would like to see it, I probably would be about a 2... but it seems remote at this point...BG
