I am putting the finishing touches to a video for upload to the web which includes an arrangement of "See That Girl Sitting on the Fence".

We've always worked on the assumption that this was a Stefan Grossman tune, but we spoke to Stefan recently and he said he learnt it from Rev Gary Davis. He also said that he thought that Rev Davis had got the tune from someone else and was not a Rev Davis composition.

I'm currently favouring a "trad arr" description but I thought I'd ask if any of you blues/ragtime folks could shed any further light?
