It was a bit of fun, really, so the results probably aren't published anywhere. The event was organised by Sam Lee from the club, and hosted by Jim and Lauren from The Devil's interval.

James Fagan definitely won Her Eyes On (His Bum), the Folk Rear of the Year award. And the bloke from David and David won the Folkoshop Award, which was for the best CD cover art...the prize was a nasty little stuffed squirrel holding a camera, secured to a plank of wood via a nail up its bum. Spectacular. And Shirley Collins won the Disorder of the British Empire Award, accepted on her behalf by Malcolm from EFDSS.

There were other awards, too, and some nice informal performances from the assembled throng (Askew Sisters, Lisa Knapp, Jim Moray, Laurel Swift, Peta Webb's superstar band, etc etc...)

The afternoon rounded off with a lovely, relaxed session. Well done to Sam - can't wait for next year!
