I still do "The Alamo" sometimes too, and unless I watch my fingers very carefully, they will sometimes go into the lick from "The Mandolin Man and his Secret".
I read Donovan's autobiography last year- the John Lennon fingerpicking story is in there and he was part of the whole Maharishi/Rishikesh episode of The Beatles'lives.
