Ooops, sorry Alice..... I'm a bit confused....I don't usually touch this vile black stuff... but its a special occassion *grin*.....(Champ = mashed spuds with milk and butter, with scallions (eschallots, spring onions whatever they are called where you are) mixed through... eaten hot with butter oozing out......... mmmmmmmmm.... I like mine with a nice bit of crisp tasty bacon.......)
