I seem to recall Pearl Bailey singing a song on the old Ed Sullivan show about how much her feet hurt. She'd sit on a stool while she sang it, rub her feet, and wince with pain, giving the impression that her feet really did hurt. (In other words, she was acting as well as singing.) It must have really impressed me as a child to make me remember it after all these years. But I can't remember the title, or any of the words!

I've looked at a list of songs that Pearl Bailey recorded at Allmusic.com, but nothing rings a bell.

Does anyone else remember this?
