Sounds like fun, but won't it scare the fish?

One of the coolest things I ever did was skate, alone, on acres of ice. There was a quick thaw followed by a quick freeze so the lake was a huge rink. I could literally skate as fast as I could and glide in a straight line until I stopped, hundreds of yards away. Laughed myself silly at the experience.
