Just another thought.
If you feel that you are not gaining any satisfaction via the Ombudsman route.... (**their office should be more than happy to tell you the number of compaints they deal with yearly, monthly, weekly by the way. That is what they do after all.**)... then I would suggest the next step is to contact your local MP and have him/her get their staff on the ball. That generally gets a result.
