It's my opinion that the only sports worth watching are pond hockey and women's Olympic hockey, and the only ones worth indulging in are pond hockey and softball.

I somehow can't see smelting as a sport, as with most sports the players aren't sitting on their backsides drinking rum and eating picnic lunches, while trying to attract tunned cold starving eight inch fish. I always feel bad after catching smelt: they are so pretty and their colour fades so quickly when they die. It's an absolute sin they taste so good. ;-)
