Now, Mbo, you're talking Modern Boring. Charles was referring to Victorian Boring. It's quite different you know. For example there are over 231 works of written literature in English literature which qualify as truly great Victorian Boring, and their average page count is 321, using quarto and pica type in a non-serif font. However, their average _word_ count is 1,124,655. But in _Modern_ Boring there are so many fewer truly qualified works -- I would say between 122 and 123, depending on your definition. And yet they average only 245 pages and 900,123 words! Isn't that interesting? I mean, its...like..._weird, y'know?
