My middle name comes from my mother's youngest brother, David. When I was young he was my hero. He rode dirt bikes back before the Japanese bikes showed up with their two stroke engines. He liked to ride a customized BSA. My grandmother's cellar was always full of motorcycle parts and David's hearth was covered with trophies. He could enjoy looking at them while his latest broken bones healed.
