In the last year we have put on a new roof, changed all the windows in the house, replaced the kitschy 60's wood trim with stucco and had the whole house painted. I finished a waterfall I had been daddling over for several years and started a wall. We refurnished the living room and reorganized the master bedroom. We tore out the 1960's lino and plywood bath and put in a modern one in tile and glass and good looking wood. Oh, and I started flying lessons and BBW got a new job.

We're broke but very happy with the year's work.
