You will be required to obtain a registration code and save it to enter when the program is installed, but you do not have to provide email or personal ID.

The program does not provide technical support, but seems pretty easy to fugure out...and sure, they want you to look at all their other programs and become a customer...but...*shrug*

It will open & edit most of the common audio formats MP3, OggVorbis, WAV, etc...it has a lot of tricks.
