Is Link TV fair and balanced?

I was recently informed by Link TV that "Drugs are Wonderful" and not refering to prescriptions. Also Teddy Roosevelt and the rough riders did not charge up San Juan Hill, there were no horses and they advanced up Kettle hill. The charge up San Jaun hill was just hype to sell newspapers.

Is that correct?

"Link TV is the first nationwide television channel dedicated to providing Americans with global perspectives on news, events and culture."

Sounds like a news channel to me or at least an "educational channel" that seeks to tell people the truth.
