I was very impressed with John leonard's way of arguing on a public message board. Make an extremely tendentious and obviously challengable statement, and then have one of his minions close it sound so nobody could reply. That really stopped me have any serious interest in that board. A discussion board is presumably for discuss, if it is used by its Owner to make Infallible ex cathedra statements it seems to have kind of lost track of its purpose in life.
