Thread Name: The BBC Board
Subject: RE: The BBC Board
Well there's a lot of new hoodies on there, naturally....and the old hoodies have er..strangely disappeared...Now I wonder why that would be? Hmmmmmmm.....

Nope...the BBC is just..er..QUIET!

Damn shame...because Mysterious Guest Hoodie, once it was teeming with people, with posts, with threads, with enthusiasm and fun...and arguments as well. It was SO busy!!

Heck the Folkwaves thread alone became so popular that the BBC had to close it down! Great Big Smiley! It's a BBC logic...If something becomes popluar you close it...Simple really...Doh!

Of course, we were told that the BBC computer couldn't cope with the sheer number of posts on there (!!!!) and that 500 was the limit (Oh pureleeze!)...which was mighty strange as on the other boards there were threads that had topped 1,000 and were still going strong...

Course...it COULD have been that Folkwaves outshone and outshines The Mike Harding programme every single week and Smooth Ops couldn't cope with the fun, the community and the interest in that thread from a group of people who tuned in to Listen Live...and the Mike Harding thread was barely written on...

I expect 'Off With Her Head' (again) was the order from God Leonard's office....and so...Mel closed down that thread...Interesting that the Mike Harding one is still open though eh? ;0)....but then it's not reached 500 yet...However, I'll take bets that when it does...it'll stay open! ;0)

Oh my ban is way beyond life....The BBC Bounty Hunters have orders to search for me into eternity and beyond you know.... :0)   And I have no intention of ever visiting a board that is now run by such dishonourable control freaks.

Great shame that what was once a vibrant and pulsating board, is now a shadow of it's former self though.

Ho hum! :0)

Still...at least the Hosts can chatter away happily to themselves. ;0)
And the Moaning Minnies can retire and rub their hands together in glee about 'a job well done'......
