For the Duke site, click on the cover page image. When the new page displays, you'll see a table at the upper right of all the pages, giving you a choice of either low or high resolution. Click on the page numbers to get to the other pages. Yeah, not exactly intuitive but, once you get used to it, better than Levy (where you have to back up to select another page.)

BTW, an instrumental version of this is played by Frederick Fennell and the Eastman Ensemble on "The Civil War: Its Music and Its Sounds" (CD 1, track 15.) Ken Burns used several tracks from this set in his documentary--though he didn't use this song. I heartily recommend this recording.
