Hi Maddie.
13 is a very special birthday. It was when I turned 13. So many doors opened and a few closed. Things like getting into movies , festival and so on had a price on it. However on the flip side you can go to dances whereby before maybe you couldn't because of your age. Then again maybe this rule doesn't apply anymore.
