Sorry countess, but this is hardly a "recipe" - it's a set of presentation instructions for what is simply generic roast shoulder of lamb (so generic, that it leaves the seasoning and stuffing choices open). Worthy of Fanny Craddock, especially if one adds a split snub carrot for a bill and two vine leaves for webbed feet.
