Leek Pudding.
100 gm self raising flour
50 gm suet
1 leek
pinch of salt
method
Mix flour,suet and add a pinch of salt
Roll out the pastry.
chop/slice the leek
put leek inside pastry and roll up
place in a cloth or wrap in foil
immerse in boiling water and boil for about two hours.
Serve with stew.
