Not to mention archaic registration laws, that recognize me as my daughters biological father, recognize that I am her sole carer and that I am legally her sole resident carer (I have sole residence), and recognize that she is dependant on me, yet unless I go to court to ask for an order proclaiming it in writing, they will not recognize me as having legal parental responsibility.
