Having watched the show I can only render my own verdict: Not Proven. Even if the James ossuary is included and the odds raise to 30,000 to 1, it in no way approaches the odds even for fingerprint matching and certainly NOT for DNA matching.

As I said, Not Proven.

Also, people could have learned of this earlier from several sources if they had been interested. I first heard of it over three years ago....
