I'll say it again! The words "Hot Club" are now a generic term referring to a particular type of music. There are "gypsy jazz/swing string bands all over the world with the "Hot Club" prefix. If a music group decides to ignore this fact, then are leaving themselves open to legal action for misrepresentation!
