I'd lost my cookie above... that was me, (lorcan - lor) I read the book, and it was a very well put arguement, though not a greatly written book... I would say, if it were a civil case, for say paternity, the finders of the tomb would win.
So, we are left with the implications of a reserection of spirit, ie. all of us, when we live the teachings are the reserection, seems to me to be a lot more important than the question of God's zombie. When we feed each other litterally and spiritualy we are the risen Yeshua, as when we struggle for the rights of others we are the risen Martin King, or when we tend to the poor and forgot we are the risen Mother Teresa...
