You may be thinking of a Fuse compilation CD that draws on several Bailey LP albums on Fuse and Acorn labels, including 3 tracks from 'Hard Times' - 'In these hard times', 'Roses of Eyam' and 'War without bangs'. Its title is 'Past Masters' (Fuse CFCD403} and it has 18 tracks - the most tracks I have seen on any Bailey album (and I believe I have them all). If you want the track listing of 'Past Masters', I am happy to post it.
