Will someone kindly explain, for the benefit of a confused and bemused Yank, what this is al ab about? I came to this thread via the SoH thread which purported to have recipes and am totally bewildered as to the animosity expressed over what seems to be pointlessness. I've known Giok for a few years now, and so lean toward his side, but please, how about a scorecard so I can know the players - Tom
