This is certainly a version (though somewhat changed in places) of 'Bold Reynolds' / 'You Gentlemen of High Renown' (Roud 190); there are several examples with tunes, including Gardiner C24, though that example was got in Cornwall.
Of published versions, best known is the Copper Family set and (because recorded by the Young Tradition and subsequently copied by a great many revival singers) the version noted by RVW from Stephen Pole or Poll (Norfolk 1905).
