WinXP users can get their DST flip dates reset at the download sites, but when I got it it was an "optional" update and wasn't being downloaded automatically. You had to click "Custom Install" at the site, and pick out the appropriate change. There may have been similar updates for other supported versions.

For those who don't find an automatic program, you'll probably have a change schedule of some kind, so after you manually reset your clock tonight, when the "regular" date comes up next month you'll probably have to manually reset it again.
