I've flown with Lufthansa and the seats were comfortable and the service was great. I fell asleep and awoke with very swollen legs (this was a first). I was taken to the service area and the attendants massaged my legs for nearly an hour. I was amazed! Most airlines would do nothing.

Be prepared. The movies are in German and most of the passengers speak German so it can be a very boring trip if you speak only English.

I don't know what Lufthansa/SAS is all about.
