If this man is guilty Canada should seriously consider restoring the noose. Not as revenge, but to insure that he never, ever, again can enter society. If he is, as alleged, the person who did these things he is not a "salvagable" sort, and yes, I'm sitting in judgement. And no, I don't give a flying Tim Horton's donut if he's "found Jesus."
