BTW... all these squirrel "recipes"... any of youse ever actually kill, clean and eat one of those nasty little rats with bushy tails? They stink of musk which gets into the skin on your hands and they are rather chewey.

Not to mention the fact that they just don't taste very good... if you can afford enough spice to mask the flavour, you can afford a hockey stick... or a maple switch about an inch and a half thick. It ain't pretty, but, it's better than the wood smelling of musk when you bring it in for the stove.
