Perhaps I should point out that Rod Stradling selected the Boat Band's "Trip to the Lakes" for a recent Musical Traditions article entitled "Ten albums that changed my life". Rod is also organising a session in the Prince Albert in Rodborough, Stroud, for the Boat Band to have a nice chance to play with some of his effete southern baby-eating musicians(and anyone else, of course).That is on April 23(St George's Day).
   In view of the above, I hope people will realise that my insults directed at the likes of old Stradders are not entirely maliciously meant.
