Well, the corporate headquarters (Halliburton says) is staying in Houston. The CEO's office is moving to Dubai. Oddly enough there are no corporate taxes in Dubai, and those furriners who live within a certain zone are exempt from personal income tax as well.

By the way, Halliburton is spinning off KBR, the good folks who supply the US troops in Iraq. (Something about Congressional investigations into overcharging....)
