I had the pleasure of knowing Bob over many years and of sharing many family and social events with him and other members of his family, from weddings (I was Best Man at Manitas's wedding) to sharing Christmas dinners on many occasions. He was a lovely man, knowledgeble and full of tales of Bethnal Green and the East end in the bad old days and always with a nice vein of dry humour and a good eye for the ridiculous as well, he will be missed by all who knew him, my deepest sympathies to Manitas, LtS, Limpit and to his wife Molly,and the rest of the Family also, Micca
