Well, if you spend enough time around here, you can figure out what someone's going to say BEFORE they post it, (have two copies of your browser open, one for reading the thread and one for posting) compose an appropriate response, and have your clicking finger hovering over "submit message".

who would like to apologize for overboiling syrup late last night...there's a rather enormous chunk of maple sugar in my kitchen that was supposed to be syrup if anyone would care to drop by for a cheap thrill...
