Am I reading you right, Alan Beattie, that you are sceptical of the program(me')s claim? You are right to be- I am in Alaska and I can tell you that Arctic regions are contending with widespread permafrost upheavals right now and the only realistic view is that we ain't seen nuthin' yet.
