We even had cases a few years back were management of fancy bars would tinker with taps in toilets so young folks couldn't drink from them, or refill water bottles, & so were forced to buy bottled water (very expensive).

I don't know prices of alcoholic drinks but I pay between $2.80 & $3.80 for sparkling mineral water in pubs.
