Right -- I don't remember seeing the Full Moon Inn, which I suspect in Texas has a less romantic meaning than it might in Connecticut. We saw one feed store by the side of the road and we were out of Luckenbach. But the hill country is downright purdy, even without Willie and Whalen and the boys. I believe old Al Grierson lived in the region before he got carried away by a flash flood. I would love to be rambling those roads again, with no schedule and a pocket full of gas money!
