I have this Derroll Adams LP from the 70´s, and there´s a song called "Chattering Jaw", listed as Traditional.
I´ve been looking high and low for the lyrics, but no luck. English is not my natural language, but I can get about 75% of the words down, the rest is mumbling or hisses (old worn out vinyl!).
First verse is like this:
Son, oh son, what´s the matter? Does she lie or does she flatter? Does she have a chattering jaw? ......-...........-.............-???!!!
It´s about a wife fooling around with another guy, Willie I think is his name, and when the husband comes home Willie hides up in the chimney; the husband starts a fire...and there you have it.
